The basic philosophy behind all the programs at IIMT is that higher education programs need to work for you as a student by enabling you to actualize your aspirations. This could only be done by designing and implementing courses that have relevant and concrete goals, which clearly specify their outcomes for you.

All IIMT programs are designed and offered as modular programs such that there is no compulsion for you as graduates to necessarily look for further higher qualifications as jobs/careers may not be available to you with your existing undergraduate qualifications. As a result, all IIMT graduates who aspire for employment at the end of their undergraduate program are able to get one even before they graduate. Today, apart from pursuing higher studies and working in India, more than 80 IIMT graduates are also employed internationally with multinational organizations, this is vindication of the career and goal focused approach of IIMT.

The second foundation of IIMT and its programs is, that instead of a being a teaching institution, it is a place for learning. You as a student ‘learn’ yourselves, by doing and experiencing individually and in groups, rather than being only ‘taught’. Active Learning is the way of life at IIMT rather than Passive Memorization.

Thirdly, all IIMT programs and their content and delivery methods are constantly reviewed such that they remain cutting-edge for the discipline, career-path and industry for which it is designed.
