Visit to the Green Center in Gurgaon

Cohort 2007 of Hospitality programme recently visited Green Centre in Sector 32, Gurgaon on October 14, 2009 to learn about sustainable design, “green” materials and practices. The Green Centre is a LEED Platinum Certified. Mr. Niranjan Khatri General Manager - Welcomenviron Initiatives of ITC personally explained about green practices and initiatives taken by organization to students.

We see this exposure as a valuable learning experience for our students. This learning has motivated them to be “Green Ambassadors” and has significantly added to the campus teaching.
